Job Description:
Sales and Business Development 💼
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads 📱
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute outbound prospecting strategies and campaigns 🤝
- Research and identify new business opportunities by studying industry trends and our service offerings 🔍
- Qualify prospects through discovery calls and needs assessments 📅
- Utilise a Consultative Selling approach in interactions with key decision-makers to tailor solutions to their industry-specific needs & challenges and generate revenues 💡
- Generate healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities 📈
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets 🏆
Client Relationship Management 🤝
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, building strong and trust-based partnerships 🤝
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring successful onboarding ✅
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of Groundup.ai solutions to maximize their adoption and ROI 📊
Strategic Account Planning 📈
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to foster long-term relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities 💎
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product and engineering—to relay client feedback and advocate for improvements 🛠️
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and client insights using CRM and analytics tools 📂
- Track and report on sales KPIs, client health metrics, and retention data 📑
Requirements ✅
- 3-5 years experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in SaaS, AI, or industrial sectors), with a focus on Consultative Selling 🏆
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills 🌱
- Comfortable engaging with mid-to-senior-level decision-makers across engineering, operations, and C-suite levels 🏢
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment ⚡
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong presentation skills 🎤
