We use a unique acoustic-first AI IoT approach to solving unplanned downtime for industrial companies. Our Predictive Maintenance solution is driven by our ‘proprietary IoT sound sensors and AI platform’. We then leverage our unique 3-dimensional approach to analyze the sound data collected to pick out sound anomalies and accurately identify potential machine failures and downtime. As we continue to break new ground and expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will spearhead creative initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and foster customer engagement. Your knack for crafting compelling collaterals and a keen eye for identifying fresh marketing strategies will be central to fueling our rapid growth trajectory.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Spearhead and create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media and email campaigns
- Develop and design eye-catching marketing collaterals, including brochures, infographics, and case studies to captivate potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to create insightful case studies that underscore the value proposition of our offerings.
Marketing Strategies and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and techniques, swiftly incorporating new, promising strategies into our marketing mix.
- Lead innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Experimentation and Analysis:
- Adopt a test-and-learn approach, rapidly experimenting with different marketing tactics to gauge efficacy.
- Analyze campaign results to garner insights and refine strategies for optimized outcomes.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that foster a vibrant and interactive community of customers and followers.
- Leverage social media platforms and other channels to nurture relationships and build brand loyalty.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and vendors, overseeing projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and preferably in a B2B environment.
- A keen eye for quality graphic design and content creation.
- A deep understanding of modern marketing channels and platforms.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and be able to quickly rise up to new challenges.
- Innovative mindset with a proclivity for thinking outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (like Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other marketing tools will be a plus.
- Solid analytical abilities, with experience in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics.
