Finance and HR Executive

This role is excellent for individuals who are looking for an opportunity to create and improve systems and processes. Your efforts and implementation are mission critical, and your execution plays a direct role in supporting the entire company.

 Finance Function

  • Preparation and review of month-end and year-end closing
  • Ensure all revenue, costs, receivables and payables are managed on time and are entered in the books
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Keep up to date with latest government grants and subsidies
  • Work with external parties including corporate secretary, tax agent and external auditors on ACRA filing, income tax matters and computations and year-end audits
  • Work with management for financial projections and fundraising purposes
  • Supervise payments to suppliers, related companies, banks, IRAS and other regulatory bodies
  • Monitor bank balances of various companies and ensure adequate funding
  • Create a finance reporting structure from scratch

Human Resource Function

  • Manage and lead hiring initiatives across departments and countries
  • Manage Payroll, CPF and all employee-related matters such as leave entitlements and benefits
  • Create new HR policies & procedures when needed to improve the organisation
  • Propose and implement strategies to drive employee engagement


  • Possess leadership qualities with initiative and able to work independently
  • Great and willing interpersonal communicator
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skill
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero and HR software such as Swingy
  • Enjoys fast-paced and energetic start-up environment
  • Diploma or Degree and above equivalent in Finance, Accounts or related discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Technically competent with Singapore’s regulations, trends and best practice

Note: This is a hybrid working position where candidate is would  work both from home and office when needed
