Who We Looking For:

The Field Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and stability of our hardware products at client locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continuous stability of the deployment infrastructure, facilitating uninterrupted data collection.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in making sure resources are utilized efficiently during the deployment phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

1. Develop detailed and precise plans for hardware deployment, taking into consideration the specific requirements of each client location.
2. Coordinate with various internal teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of hardware products.

Infrastructure Management:

1. Ensure the continuous stability of the deployed infrastructure to facilitate uninterrupted data collection.
2. Monitor the performance of hardware products, proactively identifying and addressing any issues to prevent downtime.

Resource Management:

1. Implement strategies for efficient resource utilization during deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop guidelines and protocols for resource allocation, optimizing the deployment process to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

1. Provide technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues with the hardware products promptly.
2. Perform troubleshooting procedures to identify and rectify problems, preventing potential disruptions to data collection.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

1. Ensure that all deployments adhere to industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor the quality of hardware products, implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Reporting & Documentation:

1. Prepare detailed reports on the deployment process, including resource utilization and project outcomes.
2. Document best practices and lessons learned during deployment, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and protocols.

Professional Development & Training:

1. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry, participating in training and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
2. Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in field engineering or a similar role.
3. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
